Both Steve and Vikki were extremely helpful in helping me purchase my first home! They were readily available for all my novice questions regarding the process and explained things in lay terms when I didn't understand. They went above and beyond to manage the technology to aid in doing the entire process REMOTELY as I was in Texas the entire process. They never hesitated to offer good sound advice on homes that were "cute" only on the outside. Even after closing, they have continued to provide me support when needed. Honey Bear and I will always be immensely grateful and would recommend Steve and Vikki without hesitation. :)
