Both Steve and Vikki were extremely helpful in helping me purchase my first home! They were readily available for all my novice questions regarding the process and explained things in lay terms when I didn't understand. They went above and beyond to manage the technology to aid in doing the entire process REMOTELY as I was in Texas the entire process. They never hesitated to offer good sound advice on homes that were "cute" only on the outside. Even after closing, they have continued to provide me support when needed. I don't think I would have gotten through the year long process of selling my house. We put it on the market just as the market tanked so, it did not sell right away. I ended up renting it for six months with all the problems that went with that process. Vicki and Steve were there for me though out that whole ordeal. I'm sure I would not have gotten that kind of support from any other agent. I am forever grateful for the two of them.
